This Month we are working on circus and clown themes, kids had so much fun making these. :-)
Materials:
White lunch bag
Red, purple, yellow, blue, green, and orange construction paper.
Different color yarn (bought at wal-marts).
What to stuff it with, old new paper, tissues, toilet paper old scrapes of paper.
Glue.
Scissors.
Instructions:
First fill the page with scrapes.
Then tie the top about two inches from the top.
Cut strips from the top of the bag to two inches down.
Cut circles out of different color constriction paper the size of a nickel.
Then glue them to the cut strips at the top of the bag.
Take a shoe box and rap yarn around it the long way 20 times,
Then pull it off and cut one end. Tie a knot in the middle.
Right in the center of the bag that you have cut put a big blob of glue and
Take the knot on the yarn and place into in the glue.
Cut out mouth a big red nose.
You can make eye’s out of construction paper or
Use wiggly eyes.
Two half circles with the center cut out
So it looks like eyebrows.
