How to make a Graduation Hat.
This is what you will need.
Two square pieces of construction paper any color you would like, (8x8 inches).
One piece of card board
(I Use cereal boxes), also 8x8 inches long.
Two strips of the same color construction paper three inches thick and as much as you need to go around the Childs head. Three small pieces of construction paper one inch by two inches use them to connect the piece that fits around the Childs head to the center of the square.
Then you take the yarn and wrap it around your hand ten time lay on table and cute a separate piece of yarn about two feet long. Then you Tie the piece of yarn in the middle.
Cute each end and you have a tassel. Then tie the other end to the gold pin in the center if the hat. Write the year and you have a wonderful graduation hat.
